Product Principle:

WEIES Anti-sun thermal insulating paint mainly reflects solar radiation heat. This product has the function of reflecting solar radiation heat. In hot summer, after one day's sunshine, the surface feels cool. It not only reduces the heat generated by solar radiation, but also greatly improves the service life of storage tanks and reduces the safety hazards and oil waste caused by high temperature. It is a better choice for thermal insulation and energy saving of storage tanks.

Product function: Reflect solar radiation heat.

Product Usage: Storage tanks, industrial petrochemical pipelines and other objects that need a reduced solar radiation absorption surface.

Product characteristics: The paint film has fine gloss, good flexibility, good gloss and color retention, strong adhesion, ideal heat insulation effect, and simple construction.

Insulation condition: When the sun is strong and the outdoor temperature reaches or exceeds 33℃, the metal surface coated with thermal insulation coating can be 10-35℃ different  from the surface without heat insulation. The higher the temperature, the more obvious the thermal insulation effect. 

Construction technology:

A. New tank:

1. Clean the surface stains of tanks with clean water and wait for them to dry.

2. After the surface is dried, it should be uniformly brushed once, about 2-4 hours later, the second time.

B. Renovation of tank:

Grass-roots clean-up:

First, clean the surface stain of the tank with clean water. If the surface is rusty, first clean the paint film of the empty drum with a spade, then remove the rust with a wire brush. In order to ensure the safety of the tank area, do not use electric polishing tools.

Paint brushing:

1. After the treatment of the base, the rust-proof primer is coated and then dried.

2. After the primer is dried, it is coated twice with the heat insulation paint. The total thickness of the coating is about 0.12-0.15 mm.

3. Construction procedures: top-down, left-to-right or first left-to-right, then up-and-down vertical and horizontal construction to ensure uniformity and adhesion of the coating.

Drying time: Temperature 25℃, surface dry about 2 - 4 hours.
