Insulation situation:

Construction process:

A.  metal, plastic, tiles and other surfaces

1.  Check the metal, plastic, ceramic surface stains, rust, etc.

2.  will be coated with water table clean

3.  After the coated surface is dry, then brushing twice insulation paint (recoating time is 2-4 hours)

B.  concrete surface

1.  with a wire brush the outer surface of the dust, moss and other stains polished again

2.  with water to the surface of the sediment, rinse the stain

3.  dry surface to be coated after the primer and water ratio of 3: 1 is diluted directly after mixing evenly brushing back and forth;

4.  the primer is dry (about 2-4 hours), then brushing twice insulation paint (recoating time is 2-4 hours); single-pass coating should not be too thick, just surface coverage , too thick prone to cracking, blistering and other phenomena(thickness: 0.12-0.15mm).

Precautions:

1.  the surface must be clean and free of stains (if surface cleaning is not clean, easy to fall off, cracking, poor adhesion phenomenon);

2.  the construction finished, coating evenly, plump, firm is qualified;

3.  Construction conditions: at least 5 ℃, 80% relative humidity; rainy weather, not construction.
